Pigeon

Pigeon

It may be hard for an egg to turn into a bird
it would be a jolly sight harder
for it to learn to fly

while remaining an egg.
We are like eggs at present.
And you cannot go on indefinitely being
just an ordinary, decent egg.
We must be hatched or go bad.
- C. S. Lewis

Eight young people from Scotland and Belgium have collaborated with directors Jo Timmins and Dominique Collet in an international creative exchange.
The groups didn't know each other at the start of the process and have rehearsed remotely through social media as well as meeting twice in Edinburgh and Gent.  The result is Pigeon - a performance about what it feels like to be lost and how you find your way home, as experienced through the (bird)-eyes of eight very different, very unique performers.
