• You can order tickets online via kopergietery.be by clicking on the ticket icon for your chosen performance date. You can pay immediately online via Bancontact, Idéal or credit card. Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided, from which you can download your ticket(s).
• You can present your tickets on your smartphone at the entrance to the venue to have them scanned for verification. Printing is therefore not necessary, unless you prefer to do so or are unable to show the tickets digitally.
• Ticket prices include VAT and a service charge.
• The box office opens one hour before the start of the event. If the performance is not sold out, you can buy tickets at the box office and pay by Bancontact, Payconiq or cash.
• If a performance is sold out, you can join the waiting list online. We will contact you by email or telephone if places become available.
• KOPERGIETERY operates with unnumbered seating. You are free to choose your own seat.
• If you are a wheelchair user, or have a visual or hearing impairment, we will be happy to provide you with a suitable seat. Please contact us in advance by telephone (+32 9 266 11 44 – Mon to Fri during office hours) to arrange this.
• Tickets are only valid for the specific performance (date and time) and for the show stated on the tickets.
• Tickets once sold cannot be returned or refunded. You are, of course, free to resell them to third parties (e.g. via a platform such as TicketSwap). You may also offer them for sale at the entrance to the venue on the day of the performance.
• Unused tickets will not be refunded.
• Each ticket has a unique code which is scanned. Only the person presenting the ticket first will be granted access to the performance.
• Reserved, unpaid tickets must be collected in good time (15 minutes before the start of the performance). If collected late, they may be resold to third parties.
• It is prohibited to resell tickets for commercial purposes.
• Counterfeiting or copying tickets in any form whatsoever is prohibited and will result in legal action.
• If the performance date of the show for which you have booked tickets changes, you will be given the option to use your tickets on the new date or to request a refund. Refunded tickets will no longer be valid.
• In the event of the performance being cancelled by KOPERGIETERY, the tickets will be refunded by KOPERGIETERY, or you, as the customer, may choose to exchange the tickets for tickets to another performance from KOPERGIETERY’s programme (subject to availability).
If, upon exchange, the total value of the tickets is higher than that of the original tickets, you must pay the difference to KOPERGIETERY. If the total value is lower, KOPERGIETERY will refund the difference.
• Latecomers will not be admitted to the event. Only during breaks, and subject to the consent of the artists concerned (arranged in advance by KOPERGIETERY), may admission be granted at a later time. Latecomers are not entitled to a refund or any other form of compensation.
• As a customer, you must provide accurate and complete personal details when placing an order online. These personal details will be used for order confirmation and any subsequent service emails. They will also be used to notify visitors in the event of changes or the cancellation of the activity in question. Customers have the right to request, amend or have their personal data deleted.
• KOPERGIETERY reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The amendments shall take effect from the moment they appear on the KOPERGIETERY website.
GROUPS can place an order via tickets@kopergietery.be . A group is defined as 15 people or more. Payment must be made within one month of booking.
SCHOOLS are also welcome at weekend and evening performances. If you would like to bring a class outside school hours, you can submit a request via tickets@kopergietery.be. Please note: bookings for school performances (performances during school hours) can only be made through our schools programme.
