World leaders are meeting at a summit to sign the most important agreement ever – an agreement on which the survival of the human species depends.
As it turns out, however, their talents clearly lie elsewhere:
an obvious aptitude for incompetence,
an all-consuming predilection for chaos
and boundless personal ambition …
In this clownesque fable the cream of international circus artists wittily and idiosyncratically ridicule greed and lust for power in a dishonest world.
