GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
• Tickets can be ordered online via kopergietery.be by clicking on the ticket icon for the chosen performance date. You can pay online immediately. After receipt of payment, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided, from which you can download your ticket(s).
• You can present your tickets on your smartphone at the (auditorium) entrance to have them scanned for verification. Printing is therefore not necessary, unless you prefer to do so or are unable to show the tickets digitally.
• Ticket prices include VAT and service charges.
• The box office opens one hour before the start of the activity. If the performance is not sold out, you can buy tickets at the box office and pay by Bancontact, Payconiq or cash.
• If a performance is sold out, you can sign up for the waiting list online. We will notify you by email or telephone if seats become available.
• KOPERGIETERY works with unnumbered seats. You are free to choose your seat.
• If you are a wheelchair user, visually impaired or hearing impaired, we will be happy to provide you with a suitable seat. Please contact us in advance by telephone (09 266 11 44 – Monday to Friday during office hours).
• Tickets are only valid for the performance time (day and time) and for the performance stated on the tickets.
• Sold tickets cannot be returned or refunded. You may, of course, resell them to third parties (e.g. via a platform such as TicketSwap). You may also offer them for sale at the entrance to the venue on the day of the performance.
• Unused tickets will not be refunded.
• Each ticket has a unique code that is scanned. Only the first person to present the ticket will be granted access to the performance.
• Reserved unpaid tickets must be collected on time (15 minutes before the start of the performance). If you are late, they may be resold to third parties.
• It is prohibited to resell tickets for commercial reasons.
• Counterfeiting or copying tickets in any form is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
• If the performance date changes for the show for which you ordered tickets, you will be given the option to use your tickets on the new date or to have your tickets refunded. Refunded tickets will no longer be valid.
• If the performance is cancelled by KOPERGIETERY, the tickets will be refunded by KOPERGIETERY, or you as a customer can choose to exchange the tickets for tickets for another performance from KOPERGIETERY's range (subject to availability).
If, upon exchange, the total value of the tickets is higher than that of the original tickets, you will pay the difference to KOPERGIETERY. If the total value is lower, KOPERGIETERY will refund the difference.
• Latecomers will not be admitted to the activity. Only in the case of intermissions, and with the permission of the artists involved (discussed in advance by KOPERGIETERY), will late admission be possible. Latecomers are not entitled to a refund or any other compensation.
• As a customer, you must provide accurate and complete personal information when ordering online. This personal data will be used for order confirmation and any subsequent service emails. It will also be used to notify visitors in the event of changes or cancellation of the activity in question. Customers have the right to request, modify or delete their personal data.
• KOPERGIETERY has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The changes will take effect from the moment they appear on the KOPERGIETERY website.
GROUPS/ASSOCIATIONS can place an order via tickets@kopergietery.be. A group consists of 15 people or more. Payment must be made within one month of booking.
