KOPERGIETERY operates a booking system.
You can easily book any class for a performance of your choice using a form.
However, booking your class does not mean you are automatically registered for that performance. After all, demand for school performances exceeds what KOPERGIETERY can offer. So, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all requests, but please know that we do our best!
We prefer to work with one cultural coordinator per school. This coordinator manages the school’s details and uses the registration form to indicate which performances are preferred (top two per class). All practical communication throughout the school year is channelled through the cultural coordinator.
Please complete one (separate) form per class. If you would like at least two classes to be able to attend the same performance at the same time, please indicate this in the comments field.
REGISTRATION PERIOD
Registrations for 2026–2027 open on 28 May 2026 and close on 21 August 2026.
An application does not constitute enrolment.
Once the application period has ended, KOPERGIETRY will carefully allocate the performances amongst the schools that have applied. Each school will receive an email informing them whether or not a performance has been allocated to each class. If your class has been successfully allocated a performance, a contract will be drawn up.
Registration is only final once the contract sent by us has been signed by KOPERGIETRY and the school.
CONTRACT
Once an application has been approved, our school coordinator will email the contract to the school’s cultural coordinator. We ask that the contract be signed and returned to us within 14 days.
If the number of pupils stated on the contract is incorrect, please notify the school coordinator as soon as possible so that the contract can be amended. Once the contract has been signed, the pupil numbers are binding.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months before the performance date. If this is not done in good time, we will be obliged to charge the amount due.
INVOICE
The invoice will be sent to the school after the performance date and will be drawn up based on the pupil numbers stated in the contract.
